NEW YORK (Reuters Life!) - Golfers with the nighttime breathing disorder obstructive sleep apnea can improve their game and cut their handicap by up to three strokes by treating their sleeping problem, according to a small U.S. study. Since the first anti snoring device was devised many years ago, there have been over 300 devices contrived including the innovative tennis ball in a sock, which stopped people from falling asleep facing up towards the ceiling. Different apparatuses, on the other hand, cause an uncomfortable sensation if someone snores. The trouble is that the air passage is irregular, since normal breathing requires a steady flow of air. It could be that some people consider snoring is a non-serious condition but in fact, the reverse is true. People who snore can suffer from sleep loss. Snorers can acquire more challenging health problems, including impeding ... Read Full Story
