Eight Oscars and $326 million later, the child stars of “Slumdog Millionaire” are still in the slums, says the Associated Press.
An AP reporter visited the home of Rubina Ali, 9, in Mumbai and found it “flooded with sewer water” and infested with scorpions, rats and insects.
