Having recently invested in a replacement laptop - my main PC for web design and updates etc, I upgraded my Dreamweaver to edition CS3 for my new MacBook Pro.
I noticed and had been struggling to work with the rather small font size in the CODE view on Dreamweaver and had almost resigned myself to squinting through the long dark web designing hours after failing to find a setting to change the

I was recently contacted by a personal trainer working out of South Florida. Doug had built a site using XSitePro to sell his " Fitness Now & Forever " course but needed some help with some formatting issues. Main problem was Doug had used MS Word to create his page, which was then converted to HTML and imported into XSitePro. Big mistake. Word makes terrible HTML and adds a lot of proprietary code. NEVER use Word to create HTML. It's just not the right tool for the job. The problem was... Read Full Story

As a website designer I have had many years experience helping small business owners create effective websites. During that time I've gained an appreciation of what works and what doesn't work online. Gone are the days where you can simply "put up a site" and expect to get traffic, and convert that traffic into profits. Website builders do nothing more than build a website. It might look great, but that doesn't mean you have a web business. Site Build It is a complete system - domain name... Read Full Story
