Small Business Website Design

Currently designed a website using dreamweaver which works fine in safari on my mac, but the links to other pages do not work when opened in explorer on a pc, funny part is you can see where the link should go at the bottom of the page and the roll over works but when clicked the button doesnt...  

I'm completely new to web design and I'm creating a site using dreamweaver. I want the home page to fit exactly into the web browser window. There isn't a great deal of content on the home page so I could do it if there's a way of making an image appear at the bottom of the web browser no matter...  

Do you use Adobe Dreamweaver to create and design websites? Is Dreamweaver no longer automatically uploading all dependent files when you save a page? I don't have much need to defend Dreamweaver, but I do use it. I use it largely in Code View. I use it to write CSS files and to edit XML files. I use it to upload and download. It's easy to use and the interface matches Flash and Photoshop CS4, so what's not to like? And this blog post says it better than I could.
