Nigel Lythgoe and Katie Holmes have been named in a million dollar lawsuit between a top Hollywood talent agent and So You Think You Can Dance judge Mary Murphy, Celebuzz has confirmed.
British-born Lythgoe, executive producer of American Idol and SYTYCD, was served with a subpoena during the Dizzy Feet Foundation event at downtown Los Angeles’ new Grand Park on July 28, according to a source with knowledge of the legal situation.
