I try to be fair and balanced in my views of politicians. I realize its hard to serve millions of people, political interests and a very complex international community. However, I feel when it is all said and done, the President needs to be treated like a CEO of a corporation, and should be judged and graded accordingly. Instead of dwelling on "approval ratings" and the political opinions of radio show hosts, I will judge President Bush on the basics. Should I feel guilty for not working an eight hour day like I did at Sony? Absolutely not! So I picked up a book yesterday by Timothy Ferris, a fellow entrepreneur that also hated the 90 hour week, and now he travels the world extensively, but only works 4 hours a week. His book is called "The 4-Hour Work Week", and in my opinion is well worth the investment, plus you can write it off as tax deduction, even if you have a job.
