I have made it clear in some previous columns that I take a real dislike to buzz words in business. Ethical business falls into this wholeheartedly not because of its aims but because of the large-scale current reality. Aside from real-estate I have been involved with marketing for a long time and it becomes very clear when a concept, which is meant to be used for a social good, ends up being little more than a promotional exercise.
