Spencer Pratt Dishes on Hollywood Drinking Problems and a 'Hills' Intervention

(Bauer Griffin)more pics »Not one to be left out of the spotlight, Spencer Pratt of course had to comment on boozin' it up after his 23-year-old kid sis Stephanie's DUI arrest went down this weekend. And, of course, he passed the buck quite well. He told MTV News: "I mean, I've had problems with drinking in Hollywood, but who doesn't?" Uhh, right.

They're young, having fun, and getting free booze, after all. Who could resist hitting the bottle hard? Not these reality stars! He said: "Anybody who ever was in the nightlife scene, you know it's not a problem, but if you're out at a club every night having drinks, then you're drinking every night of the week. First, it starts off, 'Oh, I just love this dancing and having fun with friends.' But it's like, even though you're just having a couple of cocktails, [it adds up]." Cue drinking problem.

"She-Pratt's" DUI has taken some of the heat off of The Hills star Holly Montag's (Heidi's sister) alcohol issues, since she's been the one the drama has been centered around this season. In fact, big brother-in-law and sister are rumored to be planning an intervention for 26-year-old Holly. But, this is gossip Spencer's keeping on the DL. He said: "Tune in — you'll see it when it clicks, when we're like, 'Yo, it's time to help Holly.' "
