I know that when my wife and I purchased our house in North Routt, we looked at several of the vault houses in Stagecoach. We decided at that time that we wanted nothing to do with that system. It seems to me that a “vault” for your sewage is just trouble waiting to happen. What do you do the week that your vault is full and no one will come out to clean it for you do to weather, fuel shortage, expense etc.?

A footnote to a recent post regarding a story in the Herald Express. The story was about a young pregnant woman who claimed she had been humiliated and devastated when she was first berated by the driver of the bus she was travelling on and then forced to pay £5.00 to clean up after she had been sick on the bus. All 28 homes in the Red Hawk Village subdivision in Stagecoach were evacuated Wednesday after someone reportedly backed over a buried propane tank, sending hundreds of gallons of the gas spilling out at about 1:30 p.m. By about 3:30 p.m., residents were told they could re-enter their homes for the night.
