LOS ANGELES, Jan. 2 (UPI) -- The Walt Disney Co. reportedly purchased a 10 percent stake in POW! Entertainment, a production company formed by U.S. comic book creator Stan Lee.  

No word on the rights to Stan Lee's soul.  

Disney has now officially acquired Marvel, but they’re not stopping there. Apparently it’s not enough to own the house that Stan Lee built – Disney wants to own a piece of the man himself. With every Marvel movie, it's always fun to spot the Stan Lee cameo, which at times is a brief glimpse, and other times a more substantial role, such as Lee's CNN-inspired cameo in Iron Man 2. Lee has been using his Twitter account to announce his excitement over his Thor cameo.
