As I take a look at what these last 2 years have brought, and writing this blog taught me more about my own ingenuity than I could have ever been consciously aware of. It looks like clear evidence first time home buyer tax credit has spurred positive sales numbers over the last four months. Yankees have a parade in the New York City today and it has proven to be to much for the Staten Island Ferry. Getting loyal fans to the city seemed not to be a problem. However about an hour ago, NYPD police officers had to be called in inorder to control the overcrowded terminal. The police came just in time before someone was going to be seriously hurt. People were screaming, and kids were crying as more and more people filled the overcrowded terminal. Now that the Staten Island Ferry is closed, fans must find an alternative way to get home. When the New York City Department of Finance puts out these reports it doesn’t give Ft. Wadsworth town classification. I’m not sure why, but for the purposes of this report, I’m not about to go diving through the record books, at least not yet. For the record there maybe a couple of Grasmere properties thrown in there as well like one sale on Hillbrook Ave., which is located in the Hills of Grasmere Development, but was recorded by the city as a Rosebank property .
