Stella McCartney
With Sir Paul McCartney as a dad, Stella McCartney has become an established English fashion designer (as well as being known as a famous vegetarian).
Stella McCartney's Children's Collection for Gap Includes Balmain Influence

Stella McCartney. It's almost here: Stella McCartney's collection of children's clothing for GapKids will launch November 2, WWD reports. McCartney says she used much the same approach with this endeavor as she does with her own ready-to-wear line, telling the paper, "The challenge was, 'OK, I've got to get into the same mind-set of a kid and what they might like.'"
McCartney has three children of her own, who she admits were a big help in the creation of the collection. The line features pajamas, high-tops, peacoats, and jeans in practical fabrics like organic wool, cashmere, and cotton - and, like all McCartney collections - is all vegetarian (no leather, not even in the rain boots).
Perhaps most the most interesting item in the collection is a military-style jacket which, at $128, is the most expensive piece in the collection. The look is straight out of Balmain's Spring 2009 collection (which has been imitated quite a few times since then).
If you're not sold on these pieces yet, keep an eye out: it's likely you'll see some of Hollywood's most famous tots rocking military jackets in the next few months.
