Colbert is a deadpan comedian and former cast member on The Daily Show. He is also the star of The Colbert Report. Stephen Colbert has been in the news recently because of a controversial appearance at the 2006 White House Correspondents' Association Dinner, and because he was banned from Wikipedia.
Not the most humorous interview, but Stephen Colbert last night got Bratton to explain his "Broken Windows Theory," which was applied here in L.A., and how he's going to apply it to his new private security gig.
In 2007, then-City Councilmember (now City Controller) Wendy Greuel spoke to LAist about the broken windows theory application in Los Angeles.
