What a difference a year makes. After replacing the disgraced Stephon Marbury last year, Chris Duhon was looking like the stable point guard the New York Knicks had been missing all those years. Critics raved about how well he fit in with Mike D’Antoni’s run-and-gun offense and there was even a point last season when people were talking about Duhon potentially being an All-Star. Through 10 games, the Knicks were at 6-4 and Duhon was averaging 9 ppg and 7.4 assists. Just 365 days later, the Knicks are 1-9 and Duhon has been by far the team’s the biggest disappointment. Duhon has struggled in ... Read Full Story

Ten days ago on Halloween night, New York Knicks fans walked into Madison Square Garden with their usual annual optimism and excitement. The sold out crowd roared and cheered like it was the playoffs, especially after the Knicks put on a spirited fourth quarter comeback against the Sixers that forced overtime. Then once again, the Knicks ruined the moment by getting blown out in OT. Last night against the Jazz, not even two weeks later, the Garden barely had a pulse. Fans are so indifferent, they don’t even have the desire and passion to boo and muster up a “Fire D’Antoni” or “Fire Walsh” ... Read Full Story

Those of you that have followed Stephon Marbury's career closely, follow him on Twitter, or have seen his famed Ustream videos, are well aware of just how bonkers the dude is. Love him or hate him, he's entertaining and says some things that gives us bloggers something to cover on regularity, very much like Chad Ochocinco. In the latest Marbury eye-opener, he didn't himself say something, but he "retweeted" a comment that he probably should've laid off of. For those of you that aren't nerds like I am, a retweet is when you basically repost somebody's twitter comment(tweet) because you agree with it, find ... Read Full Story

I'm no genius, but it seems to me that Marbury isn't a huge fan of Knicks coach Mike D'Antoni. In a tweet one would suspect were the rantings of a clinically insane individual, Marbury calls the coach "DPHONY." Nice. [SimonOnSports]

Stephon Marbury seems to be doing all the things necessary to land back in the NBA next season. He’s showing up at a Knicks game and sitting in the wrong seats, and making more shirtless videos. This time around there’s no crying or singing.. Just Starbury chillin’ in an Optimus Prime mask. So now Marbury is [...]

The Knicks have been nothing short of awful the first two weeks of the season. It is at the point that few fans believe that this team is anything other than a disaster and everyone is counting the days until free agency in 2010.  However, not all is lost. While the Stephon Marbury trade continues to haunt the Knicks as Utah owns the Knicks' draft pick, the Knicks do not need to be a 20-win team. Coach Mike D'Antoni just needs to remember...

This decade in New York Knicks basketball has been dreadful at best. Hall of Famer Patrick Ewing is long gone and striving to become a head coach. Their lockout Finals run of 1999 has lost its luster. The team was ripped to shreds thanks to Isiah Thomas and New York's own Stephon Marbury. The Knicks haven't had a winning season in nine years. The only constant positive in recent years has been fan favorite David Lee. Despite all of the...
