New Cleveland Browns linebacker Matt Roth is happy to be out of Miami after what he termed a falling out with the Dolphins. Roth was claimed off waivers by the Browns this week after totaling 158 tackles and 12 1/2 sacks in five seasons in Miami. He started a career-high 14 games last season, three years after the Dolphins selected him in the second round of the draft.

Cleveland dropped a 38-37 heartbreaker in Detroit on Sunday, losing when the Lions scored a touchdown and kicked the game-winning extra point with no time on the clock.
