Stephen Irwin, nicknamed " The Crocodile Hunter ", was an Australian conservationist and television personality. His big hit was The Crocodile Hunter, an internationally-broadcast wildlife documentary series co-hosted with his wife Terri Irwin. Together with his wife, he also co-owned and operated Australia Zoo in Beerwah, Queensland, founded by his parents.

It was broadcast all over the world. It was said to be one of the most universally known sad events that doesn't involve an act of terrorism: Steve Irwin's death.
