Stuart Holden has been picked to start in place of injured midfielder Clint Dempsey and Conor Casey has been chosen to replace Jozy Altidore at forward for the United States' World Cup qualifier at Honduras. The other nine starters were the same Saturday night as for the last qualifier, a 1-0 win at Trinidad and Tobago last month.
