1/2 lb lean ground beef
3 bonless skinless chicken breasts
1 large onion
4 freshly diced green onions
2 cans black beans
Salsa
Sour Cream
3 medium sized avacados
Grated monterey jack and colby cheese mixture (lots and lots of cheese)
Grab a huge oven safe serving platter or cooking sheet, arrange some chips, then cheese then black beans, then ground beef and chickn, then more chips, cheese and black beans, ground beef and chicken. Then lay down a good layer of chips. Put remaining black beans, and as much cheese as you want. Set the oven to broil on high, then place the platter in the oven for about 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
Take the platter out, let cool. Arrange salsa, sour cream, cut pieces of avacado, green onions and regular onions on top of chips and serve.
