Being molested as a child by anyone is a tragedy. Being molested by your grandfather and still 30 years later your own parents do not believe you and are ashamed to be affiliated with you because of your accusations. They are concerned about their perception in their social life. They are afraid that I will shout to the world my story and they will be humiliated. The pain of losing their daughter and two grandsons forever is less then the pain they will feel if it were revealed that he molested me to their social network. Personal perceptions.will destroy them in the end.
