We've gotten word that Susan Hutchison has conceded the race for Executive to Dow Constantine. Obviously, not earth-shattering news, as Dow declared victory last night, and the trends looked great for him. Hutchison has not updated her website, Twitter feed, or Facebook page with the news that she is throwing in the towel. Nor has her campaign released a statement. We haven't been on great terms with King County Executive candidate Susan Hutchison but it is election day and she made one stop in Seattle (in University Village, which is sort of like Seattle) on her whirlwind trip from the suburbs and we thought we'd give her some camera time. She was waving at cars, wearing a blue coat bedecked with a giant American flag patch.

The Stranger Election Control Board snuck into Susan Hutchison's "victory party" at the Bellevue Hyatt a few minutes ago wearing a women's power suit.
