The Most Accessible Hed Kandi Disc
Hed Kandi discs generally tend to fall into two types:

a) Hard House/Classic House tracks for DIY pro or amateur DJ's and mixologists - these are almost sparse tracks with vocals and some beats but really stripped down ready for the DJ to add the personal touch of what they prefer to drop underneath or mix it into something else. This is not that type of disc.

Or b) Hard House/Classic tracks for the "hardcore" Hard House/Classic fans. They are not particularly accessible - tending to be obscure but consistent in quality and sound. A little ready for actual play but still generally needs a work by a DJ.

This Hed Kandi is almost not for the regular fans ... it is a surprisingly mix of (dare I say it?) pop hard & classic house ... that's right, it's actually pop and unlike Hed Kandi's other discs, this one you can actually just drop into your CD player and hit PLAY. For casual fans of dance music, this probbaly doesn't seem all that radical but it is Hed Kandi discs. So, long time buyers of Hed Kandi discs might be confused that all the work is done on this disc - just hit play but for casual dance fans who want some fun obscure pop hard & classic house tracks, this is a great collection.

Hed Kandi is Da Bomb.
In every single Hed Kandi collection there are always 4 or 5 songs that leave you saying, "OH my gosh!! That song ROCKS!" and what's great is, it's songs that aren't played a hundred zillion times on the radio, so you can shock your friends when you throw a party full of songs they've never heard of, but kick (...)!

In this collection, on disk 1, the HOTT songs are Track 2, 9, and 15 (nine ESPECIALLY) and on disk 2: track 2, 9, and 15..omg I just caught that! I guess Hed Kandi saves the best for 2, 9 and 15! whoa! maybe I just accidently cracked some kind of code... Well anyway, that's 6 kick-(...)songs that kick like no other! all the rest are still good, of course! in fact, way better than good. Great. So, that's 24 GREAT songs and 6 FRICKIN' AWESOME! songs. not bad, heh?
