Kate is Sick
My daughter Kate is sick. She has a cold and fever. But the truth is that these physical reactions are making her better. As Dr. Joseph Mercola points out on his Web site, when a child gets a cold or fever it develops natural immunity to the bacteria or virus. This is much better - and safer - than getting a flu shot. In fact, he advises people to avoid the swine flu shot because it's very dangerous and contains adjuvants that rev up the immune system in unnatural ways. You should read his Web site on this issue.1
