The Indianapolis Colts have re-signed defensive end Josh Thomas and waived running back Mike Hart. The moves were announced Tuesday. Thomas is a six-year veteran out of Syracuse who appeared in one game with the Colts so far this season, recording two tackles against Houston on Nov. 6.
