Tell Your Friends You'll See Them In May Because The 'Game Of Thrones' Season 8 Schedule Has Arrived

Mark your calendars! The final season of 'Game of Thrones' is upon us.

Don't Miss The 'Game Of Thrones' Season 8 Schedule
HBO

We've waited years for 'Game of Thrones' Season 8, so you better believe the show's final chapter will dominate our calendars come April 14. If you're anything like us, the next six Sundays will be spent at home on your couch with an array of snackage on your coffee table and a glass of wine in your hand as you thank the gods that Winter has (finally) come. Thankfully, HBO has released the full season schedule so we know exactly how to plan — and we're talking down to the minute.

Game of Thrones airs every Sunday on HBO at 9 p.m. (8 p.m. central). Season 8 is the show's briefest season to date, which means every episode matters.

Episode 1 - April 14, 54 minutes.
Episode 2 - April 21, 58 minutes.
Episode 3 - April 28, 1 hr. 22 minutes.
Episode 4 - May 5, 1 hr. 18 minutes.
Episode 5 - May 12, 1 hr. 20 minutes.
Episode 6 - May 19, 1 hr. 20 minutes.

Here's the synopsis for Episode 1:

"The Great War has come, the Wall has fallen and the Night King's army of the dead marches towards Westeros. The end is here, but who will take the Iron Throne?"

As a reminder, HBO is a premium network with no commercials, so yeah, that snackage? You'll need to collect it before the show starts. GoT is a notorious nail-biter, so we recommend stocking up. Nervous munching is real.

If you're wondering how to watch, here are your options:
  • 1

    HBO

If you're a traditional TV subscriber with a premium package, just flip on HBO when the time comes.

  • 2

    HBO Go

HBO Go is the app that allows anyone with a premium cable package to access the network. If you can't carve out the time to watch 'GoT' at home, you can watch on the go on your laptop, smartphone, or tablet with the app. Just be sure you have the login information for your cable provider.

  • 3

    HBO Now

If you don't have a cable subscription but love yourself some HBO, you can subscribe to HBO Now for $15 a month for access to all of its shows. HBO Now is available on the Apple TV, laptops, smart phones, and tablets, and you can cancel any time.
