In a case to continue to try and upgrade their offense, the Dolphins on Sunday came to terms with now former Bengals wide out Tab Perry. The three-year vet was not given a restricted free agent tender by the Bengals, allowing him to shop his services on the market. The 6th round pick in 2005 had a solid rookie year with 64 kick returns for 1562 yards and an average of 24.4 yards per return. He then ran into a hip issue, and only played in two games in 2006, and two games last season.
