Back in February 2009 I had a post about Tailing Gigliotti, 51, who was arrested for aggravated child abuse of her adopted son. The adopted son was 17. As it was reported before Gigliotti kept the boy in a small bathroom for long periods of time. Tai Ling Gigliotti is the adoptive mother of a 16 year old boy that she had been keeping captive with the help of her boyfriend.
