Understanding the Secret

Whenever people have anxiety attacks, one of the first things that they tend to do is to try to struggle through the attack and to come out on the other side unscathed.  They may think that they are able to do this effectively but the reality of it is, they are probably just wearing themself out so that they are unable to really be able to handle the next anxiety attack that comes along.

I was at the beach one day relaxing and trying to avoid the anxiety attacks that seem to be coming upon me fast and furious.  It was very beautiful and the surf was fantastic which gave me an opportunity to watch people that were surfing and to keep my focus on something other than my troubles.  It didn't take me long to realize that the surfers were able to stay on top of the wave and to ride on top of it without any problem.

It was then that I thought I could probably do the same thing myself with the anxiety attacks that I was feeling, especially since they seem to come to me in waves as well.  Instead of fighting my way through it, I was just going to rise up on top of it and allow it to wash underneath me.  There were a couple of things that I noticed whenever I did this.

What Are the Results?

There were actually two different things that occurred as a result of my using this new method.  The first was that the panic attacks seemed to go away much faster because I was not struggling against it and simply making myself more anxious at the same time.  The second thing was that I was much better prepared for the next time an anxiety attack occurred and I was able to see them dissipate quickly.

It took me several months of using this method regularly but eventually, I started to see the panic attacks go away and to come in very rare intervals.  This is a way that I was able to cure anxiety attacks naturally and since that time, I have not had to deal with them again.
