Jamaal Charles' 76-yard TD run was one of the few bright spots in a now rather dismal stretch of games for the Chiefs. Nevertheless, I was able to find five ... Read Full Story

Photo courtesy KCChiefs.com Todd Haley assistant coaches and coordinators don't talk to the media so it was a nice surprise to see Josh Looney of KCChiefs.com recently sat down with Kansas City Chiefs defensive coordinator Clancy Pendergast.  As many of you know, there have been some things on defense the Chiefs have done well and some things they haven't done so well. We'll start with someone Pendergast believes is making strides -- Tamba Hali .  As we've noted plenty of times, Hali's transformation into an outside linebacker is especially impressive when you note that he's previously played with his hands on the ground. "He ... Read Full Story

Denver Broncos LT Ryan Clady was widely considered the best tackle to come out of the 2008 Draft.  He had a pretty incredible rookie year on a pretty incredible team. Last ... Read Full Story

From the FanPosts. -PT Long, Cruel indeed! I absolutely cannot wait for Football season to begin! Know this, you will forget this post, but you will not be able to get that song out of your head! :) As Memorial Day Weekend approaches, I thought I would ask a question that I asked last season :  Where is our Pass Rush going to come from? Somewhere in the locker room at One Arrowhead Drive I am sure there is a sign that reads "Sack Artist Wanted, All Applicants Welcome". 10 Sacks. That is the final total from a miserable 2008 season. 10 whole sacks. You have to get to #106 before ... Read Full Story

About the only thing good about the Kansas City Chiefs' defense this season has been the play of Tamba Hali. The Chiefs have allowed 30 or more points six times this year. In case you don't know, that's not good! But can you blame first year defensive coordinator Clancy Pendergast? Most of the starting defensive players were already there so at this point, no. Should we give him another year to hopefully get his guys in there to improve this...

In what has been a horrible football season in Kansas City, there has been one shining performer: outside linebacker Tamba Hali. That was never more visible than in the Chiefs' ugly 44-13 loss to Denver on Sunday. Hali had 10 tackles, three sacks and two forced fumbles against the Broncos. Young left tackle Ryan Clady was driven crazy throughout the game by Hali's non-stop motor as he went after the passer. "He's had a lot of almost-sacks and...
