Agencies Chennai, Jan 6 - Tamil Nadu Governor Surjit Singh Barnala Wednesday announced a loan waiver, increasing paddy procurement price and welfare measures. The Tamil Nadu government has decided to waive loans worth around Rs.163 crore given to fishermen and Adi Dravidar (dalit) entrepreneurs, he said in his address to the state assembly.
