A San Jose man attacked by a tiger at the San Francisco Zoo has been arrested on suspicion of cocaine possession and being under the influence of a controlled substance. Authorities say 24-year-old Kulbir Dhaliwal was taken into custody Wednesday after the vehicle he was a passenger in was pulled over by San Jose State University police. A woman who visits the San Francisco Zoo every Christmas said she saw 4 boys standing at the big cat grotto.
