Find good quality Celtic knot work tattoo designs can be difficult.  Sure you can find some for free on the internet but what kind of quality do these designs have?  Usually they are very poor in quality and the lines are not very clean.  Instead you can use the internet to research and find galleries and pics of people that already have Celtic knot tattoos and gather some sample.  Typically from the samples and ideas you find you can then refine what you really want.  Then you can either try for a website that sell tattoo designs online like Chopper Tattoos mentioned above or you can pay more but get a custom tattoo.  Typically if you have the money custom tattoos are the best way to go.  However it can be hard to find a good really talented tattoo artist to do the customization work for you.  So you might want to get a membership at a tattoo design site online first and see if anything works.  At the least you will get a bunch more ideas.
