Tatum O'Neal

Tatum O’Neal is an American actress. Best known for her work as a child star in the 1970’s she remains the youngest actor/actress to win an Academy Award, at the age of 10 for her role in Paper Moon. Since her childhood she’s regained fame, starring in the TV series Rescue Me. She was previously married to tennis star John McEnroe, they had three children together, but are divorced. Historically, she’s had problems with drugs and alcohol, recently being arrested for possession of crack cocaine.

Ryan O'Neal and son Raymond face court

Hollywood star Ryan O'Neal and his son Redmond arrived at court to face drug charges - but spent less than five minutes in court.
The smartly dressed pair appeared at Malibu Court yesterday on charges of drug possession after they were both arrested back in September, after police discovered methamphetamine, otherwise known as crystal meth, at their home.
But Judge Lawrence Mira agreed to put the case over to January 9 after Ryan's lawyer Mark Worksman asked for more time to prepare the case.

Neither Ryan or Redmond entered a plea or spoke during the hearing.
During the brief five minute hearing Redmond's lawyer William Flaugherty announced that Redmond was doing 'a very good job in rehab visits so there is no concern of Redmond lapsing during the Christmas period.'
The pair arrived at court at 8.40am smartly dressed with Ryan wearing a black suit and black shirt and son Redmond wearing white shirt and black trousers.
They had driven around to the back of the court to avoid the waiting press and after the hearing, the pair were ushered out of the back entrance of the court by deputy sheriffs
