You may call me old, you may call me the "no fun guy" if you must - but I just gotta ask the question: Is it actually legal for Taylor Momsen to be out on the streets of New York City in that outfit? I mean, whether she's 16 or not. I mean is anyone really allowed to wear that in public? Seriously? They can? Really? Torn fishnet stockings, bare thighs with garter belts and a skirt cut shorter than... well, it's really damn short. To cap it all...
