Li Shan Da Yu Ling Oolong Tea
Li Shan Da Yu Ling Oolong Tea is a special type of Oolong tea which is new vriety of oolong tea cultivated first of all for fruit orchards.Da Yu Ling is located in Li-Shan region commercially available tea plantation in Taiwan. How ever it only
produces two harvests in every year and the production is very limited.
The very high elevation, extreme weather and naturally loose and airy soils contribute to the very unique aroma of Cinnamon Orange Oolong in such a growing condition, the bitter and harsh elements, mostly tannin, in tea leaves are
reduced while the amino acid content is increased. Hence when you smell the aroma from the leaves, it has not only an intense floral aroma, but also a robust vegetable protein of which the amino acids are building blocks, fragrance
in it.The existence of the veggie protein fragrance is a signature of very high elevation Apple Oolong Tea .
The dry leaves have an intense, shining green color. Some open leaves show a few signs of damage. it seems some insects have feed on their leaves. This is actually a good sign that the farmer used little pesticides. The color of he brew is
of a light, clear green blue color. Transparency is very good for Oolong Tea .
