Firstly for those of you that are not sure what a Teacup Pig let me enlighten you. It is a miniature pig that weighs a mere 9 ounces at birth and when newly born can fit into a teacup - hence the name. A teacup pig takes two years to reach maturity and is then about knee height and it will probably weigh about 65 pounds if well looked after. The pot-bellied pig is a breed of domestic pig originating in Vietnam.

Pot-bellied pigs are considerably smaller than standard American or European farm pigs, most adult pot-bellied pigs are about the size of a medium-sized dog.

Teacup pigs are miniature versions of the pot-bellied pig. They tend to be much smaller, often the size of a small dog or a cat. The are becoming more and more popular as domestic pets.
