The Shack has come to terms with 2 riders, Russian Ivan Rovny formerly of Katusha and Geoffrey Lequatre of Agritubel, who is stopping at the end of the year. Lequatre biggest result was his Tour of Britain win last year. Rovny, only 22, has his best result from the Avenir in 2007 with a stage win.
Other than the riders from Astana and the signings up until now, no huge signings have come from the Armstrong team.
