Ted Danson is now following a vegan diet. The silver-haired actor has been undecided on his diet for the past few years. He started off vegan, switched to prescatarian, then to vegetarianism. Now, he is back to his old vegan ways and Danson says it helps boost his energy for long hours on the CSI set.
"I've found that eating vegan the last five or six months has really given me energy, I feel good and I look fabulous," he said.
