News reports that Simon Cowell 's ex-girlfriend, Terri Seymour , was attacked outside the Nokia Theater last night around 7 p.m. A spokesman for the Los Angeles Police Department said that 33-year-old Janice Thibodeaux approached Seymour as she exited the venue and asked the TV presenter if she was Simon's ex-girlfriend. Police say that upon hearing Seymour's response, Thibodeaux grabbed Seymour by the neck and attempted to choke her.
