Terry Richardson

Terry Richardson is an American fashion photographer. Richardson was born in New York City, raised in Hollywood and Ojai, California, and is the son of fashion photographer Bob Richardson. He attended Hollywood High School and Nordhoff High School in Ojai. He was shy as a teenager and at some times deemed “completely lacking in social skills”. He played bass guitar in the punk rock band The Invisible Government for 5 years. Despite the fact that I think some of the brands he is affiliated with are horrendously overpriced, I still like Pharrell. He is a multifaceted individual, from being successful in the arenas of fashion to music, he is certainly an admirable individual. I'll tell you one thing, Terry Richardson may be Pervy McPerverson, but I'll be damned if he doesn't take a good picture. The fashion photographer shot the cast of Gossip Girl (although mostly Leighton Meester and Blake Lively) for the upcoming issue of Rolling Stone. And, in true TR fashion, the result was a gritty and raunchy with a hint of 70's porn star. In fact, this shoot reminded me a bit of his pictures for Mary Kate and Queen Ashley's book "Influence".
