My 9 Month Old Retriever-poodle Mix Still Has Accidents In The House?

I have a 9 month old golden retriever-poodle mix who i have had since she was 2 months old. She struggled some with being house trained but after a little while she seemed to be doing fine. She has never peed when I am not in the house or when she is in her crate. Sometimes I would even take her out she would go and then 5 minutes later she would go again in the house. I don't know what I am doing wrong. She entirely stopped crying at the door when she needed to go out. After a month of no accidents she suddenly started peeing in the house at least once a day. I have even tried giving her a treat every time she goes outside but I don't think she knows what I am doing. .
