This site will examine existing international policies that continue to neglect the 24 million stateless and internally displaced people around the world. Articles posted on this site will evaluate activities taken by the U.N., USAID, INGOs and others to address the issue of statelessness and displacement. Additionally, this site will serve to inform and encourage individual and collective action on behalf of the forgotten.
Miss Latina Dominican Republic World 2008 Marcies Elizabeth, will participate in the 2009 International Hispanic Designer Fashion Show on Friday, November 6 at 6:30 p.m. at the India Cultural Center in Tampa, Fla.
Hosted by Convergencia International, the show benefits the work of Moffitt Cancer Center. Advance tickets are $30 and VIP seating is $50.
