With all the last of the absentee ballots counted, GOP Congresswoman Thelma Drake has finally conceded to Democrat Glenn Nye. Thelma, who I have known for years, voted in lock step with the Chimperator more than 90% of the time and was less than gay friendly. I suspect, that with her district's heavy military population, she thought she's see no bad consequences from voting a far right agenda.
