By DCFabulous on  From dcfab.blogspot.com
Hello again...let me just get right into it. There's always so much going on: Thursday, Oct. 11 As if Morgan students didn't have enough to do already, the S Squad felt the need to throw something at Club One (300 E. Saratoga St). I actually like this club...they have four levels representing the different elements of the Earth like Fire, Water, Air and ...what's the last one? I guess Earth. ------------------------------------------------------ Friday, Oct. 12 So Mz. Kitti , the host of that...Read Full Story

Days of Our Live's has The Wine Bible as a Prop

By Gabbriella on  From gabbriella-womenandwine.blogspot.com
While watching Days of Our Lives this morning I noticed in Sammy & Rafe's apartment on a book shelf there was a copy of The Wine Bible there. With all the drinking they do on the show maybe they actually use this book as a guide. This is the most complete wine book I have ever come across in my search. If you are a lover of wine this book...Read Full Story

By DCFabulous on  From bmorefab.blogspot.com
If you missed the Moet at Vin Lounge (One E. Joppa Road) I heard you missed out. I heard Vin was poppin' like Lil Mama's lipgloss...the event was sponsored by Moet and according to a source (T.Dot) it seemed like everyone had their fare share. DJ Drama was also killin' them on the 1's and 2's (I heard Brian tried to do a little something on the tables...hmmm??). Our source also mentioned that everyone got jigged out to ring in the '08 and the best thing about Vin was that there were plenty of...Read Full Story

WHO IS A WINE SNOB?

By Gabbriella on  From gabbriella-womenandwine.blogspot.com
Recently one of my friends made reference to me being a "wine snob". Of course this person does not drink at all. (perhaps she is the snob?). Maybe I should not call her my friend. Here is my opinion of a "wine snob" and a "wine enthusiast". I call myself a "wine enthusiast". In my own words a wine snob is someone who goes to a party or to someone's home and expects the wine of their choice to be on hand for the event. When given other options they will drink sparkling water instead. They...Read Full Story
