Tila Nguyen (born October 24, 1981) commonly known as Tila Tequila or simply Tila, is an American glamour model, actress, singer. She is best known for her appearances in automotive import magazines, her role as host of the Fuse TV show "Pants-Off Dance-Off" and her position as the most popular artist on MySpace as of April 2006. The San Diego District Attorney has decided not to prosecute Shawne Merriman for beating up Tila Tequila last weekend after she tried to leave his house naked.
The D.A. released a statement saying,

District Attorney Bonnie Dumanis on Friday dismissed reality TV star Tila Tequila’s accusations that San Diego Chargers linebacker Shawne Merriman choked her and threw her to the ground early Sunday while she was trying to leave his suburban home.
Merriman was arrested after Tequila signed a citizen’s arrest warrant accusing Merriman of battery and false imprisonment. Both are felonies.
