New Designer: Timo Weiland

Timo Weiland is already well-known in the fashion world for his collections of neckwear and eco-friendly wallets, but this season marked his first full collection for men and women. We stopped by the Maguire Steele showroom earlier this week to take a look at the collection up close. Weiland's design partner Alan Eckstein was on hand to walk us through every pleat and placket detail of the collection. The knit and shape of the seams is reminiscent of Alaia, but the silk collar gives it a suitwear feel. This is the first piece they designed for the collection.
