Boy Killed by Bear at Timpanogos Cave National Monument
An 11 year old boy was killed by a bear while camping with his family near the Timpangogos Cave National Monument.
"When we got up there we realized, hey, this looks like a bear. The sleeping bag was pulled out of the tent," said Lt. Dennis Harris of the Utah County sheriff's office.
The boy must have been pulled out of his tent by the bear while he was still in his sleeping bag. His body was found 400 feet away from the camsite.
