Tina Fey (born May 18, 1970) is an American actress, comedienne, writer and producer known best for her work on teh NBC show, "30 Rock," which she created. She won a Golden Globe Award for 30 Rock which is based loosely on her days at "Saturday Night Live" where Fey, in 1999, became the first female head writer. The comedic duo of Steve Carell and Tina Fey have already filmed Date Night together, and now they are circling a new project titled Mail-Order Groom. The new project would focus on a woman who brings a husband back from Eastern Europe.
