As you can see I am completely ignoring this final game and moving on to off-season discussion.  Not because it doesn’t have significance.  It does. It represents the culmination of the abomination that the Philadelphia 76ers franchise put us through this season. The word is Ed Stefanski will be meeting with Tony Dileo this afternoon to discuss the season and more importantly Dileo’s future - head coach or back to the front office. Andre Miller's ironman streak for the Philadelphia 76ers does not extend to team meetings. The veteran point guard who has played an NBA-high 530 straight games no-showed the Sixers' final team meeting on Friday, a possible sign that the unrestricted free agent has no intention of re-signing with Philadelphia. Philadelphia 76ers interim coach Tony DiLeo has withdrawn his name from consideration for the permanent coaching job. Sixers general manager Ed Stefanski said DiLeo decided Monday to return to his old job in the front office, citing family reasons. Andre Miller and Theo Ratliff have skipped the final Philadelphia 76ers' team meeting a day after they were eliminated from the playoffs. Miller and Ratliff were both absent from Friday's meeting. Neither player offered team president Ed Stefanski an excuse. Stefanski says he has not been in touch with either player. Miller and Ratliff are both unrestricted free agents.
