I have been totally slacking in the workout department. Just haven’t been able to find my groove since moving and starting this full time job. So when Total Gym emailed asking if I’d review that, the Total Home Gym XLS, I hoped on the offer. Maybe having 80 odd exercises available to me on a moments notice would give me that much needed boost. No such luck.
