Happy Presidents Day…..

Strength Fans!!!!!!!!

Today we celebrate our founding fathers and whether you had off work today or not i hope you you got some exercise in!!!!!!

I know everyone is going through a tough time with this economy but lets hope and pray that our new president can get us out of this hole!

But one thing i know for sure is those of us that sir around and wait for it to happen could be sitting around for a long time and sitting around is not how you get REAL WORLD STRONG!!!!!!

So you need to get up, get out there and start making things happen!

If you want to be healthier then do it, if you want to get stronger then make it happen, if you want to get out of financial worry do something about and don’t just wait around!

I am so proud of my mouring group that came out this saturday as they could have used the same old excuses and not made a change this year but they didnt they took action and now they are on their way to their goals!!!!

Congrats ladies and gents!
